Just a quick update to the fishing off Nanaimo on our most recent fishing charters. We have been having some great times with some great guest's out on the water. After a few slower weeks we are starting to see some bigger fish come into the waters on our fishing charters in Nanaimo. Until the last few days we have only been getting into smaller springs that are under the size to keep. Since the weekend we have been getting into more fish and bigger ones as well. Our biggest fish was greedily stolen by a seal!! Of course they don't take the small fish, only the bigger ones! 😠Oh well, that's fishing. As a bonus we have also been seeing killer whales on lots of our Nanaimo fishing charters recently. Seems they are hunting heavily in the Straight.
