Winter salmon fishing in Nanaimo is here and there are some fish being caught. Winter fishing charters have been pretty successful for this time of year. We have managed to pull in some fish every trip out recently. The size of the winter spring salmon on the Nanaimo fishing charters have been about 3-6lbs with alot of undersized springs. The weather has kept most boaters off the water recently and led to the rescheduling of a number of fishing charters in Nanaimo.
